Sue Kmet was the HR Manager for Hy-Line International and was able to lead the company to a more heightened awareness in safety and loss management and establishing general and dept. specific training goals to increase productivity and reduce cost in managing / hiring and training of employees. During her tenure at Hy-Line International she was also able to provide valuable resources in reducing turnover and increasing employee participation.
